Domestic Abuse Recovery Program

Our next Adult Recovery programme for female survivors will start soon we are actively seeking funding to run a course.

To directly refer please email admin@hopetraining.co.uk and we will send you a booking link. This programme is FREE and is for those who have left the abusive relationship. All materials will be provided by H.O.P.E for you to attend the session.

H.O.P.E Training & Consultancy LTD have been running the Adult Recovery Toolkit for Women & Men impacted by Domestic Abuse since 2020. To learn more about our work please contact us on admin@hopetraining.co.uk.

Our criteria to attend is you have to be over 16 years of age, not in the abusive relationship or family dynamic, can commit to 12 weeks on line 1.5 hour per week in a safe environment with camera and mic working and from a Black or Racialised Community.

Our Facilitators are Meena Kumari, April Dawn, Mita Mistry & Imran Manzoor (Imran only delivers on our mens programme)

About the Adult Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit Programme

The Adult Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit is a 12 week programme that helps participants understand the impact of having experienced domestic abuse, explaining how they were prevented from leaving an abusive relationship and the thinking patterns they developed as a method of managing the risk which can hold them back moving forward. The individual’s own strengths, resources and coping skills and resilience are reinforced contributing to their own health and wellness on a long-term basis.
