On Friday, 9th May, H.O.P.E CIC proudly hosted the launch of the CHAB (Changing Harmful and Abusive Behaviours) programme, in collaboration with Sikh Women’s Aid, Sarah Wigley Associates, Drive Partnership, Leicestershire Police, Zineth Trust, local ward councillors, Manjit Saini, and Manjula Sodoa.
The event marked the beginning of a pioneering 15-month feasibility trial focused on addressing domestic abuse behaviours within South Asian communities. It was attended by 60 delegates from across Leicestershire and Rutland and provided a valuable opportunity to learn about the vision and objectives behind the CHAB programme.
