On Thursday 24th February evening, a mix of public officers, volunteers and community leaders came together to celebrate the work of community leaders across Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland.
I have been part of the Office of Police & Crime Commissioner’s Community Leadership Programme; a twelve-week commitment to work on their leadership skills and create an even bigger impact in their communities.
This course will enable me to take what I have learned and implement it in my everyday practice.
