Join H.O.P.E Training & Consultancy for a series of practical, employer-focused sessions on Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). Designed for HR professionals, line managers, business owners, and workplace wellbeing leads, each session equips you with the knowledge and confidence to recognise the signs, respond safely, and refer to the right support.

Stalking: Recognising the Risk in the Workplace Tuesday 24 November 2026 • Recognise the common behaviours and patterns of stalking, including digital and workplace-based stalking.

• Understand the impact of stalking on employees’ safety, wellbeing and performance.

• Respond appropriately and safely when an employee discloses stalking.

• Refer employees to specialist support services and understand the legal protections available.

Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Tuesday 23 February 2027 • Recognise what constitutes sexual harassment, including subtle and often-overlooked behaviours.

• Understand employers’ legal duties, including the duty to prevent sexual harassment.

• Respond to disclosures and complaints with confidence, sensitivity and fairness.

• Refer to appropriate internal and external support and help build a workplace culture of prevention.

Controlling and Coercive Behaviour Tuesday 18 May 2027 • Recognise the signs of controlling and coercive behaviour and how it may present in the workplace.

• Understand how coercive control affects an employee’s attendance, finances and wellbeing.

• Respond safely to disclosures without increasing risk to the employee.

• Refer to specialist domestic abuse services and implement appropriate workplace safety measures.

• Know the first steps to take when an employee raises a concern and where to refer for specialist support.

Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Thursday 25 February 2027 • Recognise sexual harassment in its many forms, from inappropriate comments to online conduct.

• Understand your responsibilities as an employer or manager.

• Know how to respond to concerns appropriately and refer individuals to the right support.

Controlling and Coercive Behaviour Tuesday 18 May 2027 • Recognise coercive control and its warning signs in colleagues and employees.

• Understand why leaving an abusive relationship is not simple, and how the workplace can be a vital source of support.

• Know how to respond supportively and refer individuals to specialist domestic abuse services.
